Community Response Hubs There are 6 community response hubs located across Trafford: Altrincham Old Trafford Partington Sale Stretford Urmston These Community Response Hubs were originally developed to respond to community needs during the Covid Pandemic, especially during lockdown. Recognising that we continue to face challenges within communities across Trafford, the Community Response Hubs are still in place to provide a range of support to the communities they serve. How to use this service Anyone can contact the hubs for support without a referral. Community Support Hubs are free to access, but some activities and services offered by the hubs may charge.
