All other pests and insects in dwelling houses will be charged at an hourly rate of £135 including VAT. The time charged would be a minimum of one hour and time in excess of one hour will be charged in rounded up thirty-minute periods.

Treatment at trade, commercial and local government premises

Work at trade, commercial and local government premises, will be charged at an hourly rate of £135 including VAT. The first visit will be charged a minimum of one hour, time in excess of one hour will be charged in rounded up 30 minute periods.

Subsequent visits will be charged a minimum £101.25 including VAT assuming the visit is completed within 45 minutes. Any time in excess of an hour will be charged in rounded up 30 minute periods.
