Working with Strengthening Practice We are delighted to share the news that we have now awarded the contract to our Relational Practice partners. Strengthening Practice will be coming on board to work alongside us for a minimum of three years. This will play a critical role in us improving our quality of practice and builds on our existing restorative approaches. An initial meeting has taken place for us to share our journey to date and start to build relationships. What was really clear from this discussion is that it is important for relationships to develop at every level, and therefore for the first three months Strengthening Practice will work with us to establish a secure base as a partnership. During this time they will start to work alongside practitioners and managers in a genuine ‘getting to know you’ phase. A group of practitioners and managers have been identified to work collaboratively with Strengthening Practice to help develop our bespoke core skills programme. This is a really exciting ‘practice leading the practice’ opportunity.
