Due to one of our team members seeking a fantastic progression opportunity along with continued high growth within the business, the Trafford College Group are seeking a HR Apprentice to join our growing HR Team.

The job:

Supporting the Team with all things HR and Payroll admin, your role will be weighted towards liaising with each department within the Group, helping them with their general queries and working with our payroll team to implement changes to contracts following requests such as flexible working. You will be the first point of contact within the team which enables you to meet and greet any new wonderful colleagues and answer any face to face queries or telephone calls. You will be a key member of the team and in turn, will be supported by a fantastic, energetic, kind, welcoming and supportive group of people that is the HR Team.

  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, to build rapport with colleagues in the group
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment, juggling multiple tasks
  • Team orientated yet also able to work autonomously.
