Making a booking Rooms are available between 10:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am – 6:30pm Wednesday. The meeting rooms are bookable for a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking time should include time for setting up and clearing the room. The interview room is bookable for a minimum of 1 hour. Bookings will not be confirmed until you have filled in the Altrincham Library meeting rooms booking form. Full payment will be required once the booking has been confirmed and payment must be made within 5 days of the confirmation. Payment We accept card and cash payments or can issue an invoice on receipt of a purchase order. Payment is only needed after confirmation of your booking is given by staff. Parking There is no onsite parking at Altrincham Library.
