Altrincham Library meeting rooms

Altrincham Library currently has 1 interview room and 3 meeting rooms available to hire.

Room facilities

  • The meeting rooms have tables, chairs, wi-fi and display equipment
  • The interview room has tables, chairs and wi-fi
  • Access to beverage bay available on request

Connection cables are not provided. All Meeting Rooms have HDMI and USB connection points. Meeting Room 3 also has Ethernet, VGA and Audio In. Ensure you have the correct connection cable for your device.

**Concessionary charges apply for registered charities and not for profit (NFP) organisations. The charity number and Companies House number for NFP organisations is needed when booking.

Making a booking

  • Rooms are available between 10:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am – 6:30pm Wednesday.
  • The meeting rooms are bookable for a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking time should include time for setting up and clearing the room.
  • The interview room is bookable for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Bookings will not be confirmed until you have filled in the Altrincham Library meeting rooms booking form.
  • Full payment will be required once the booking has been confirmed and payment must be made within 5 days of the confirmation.


We accept card and cash payments or can issue an invoice on receipt of a purchase order. Payment is only needed after confirmation of your booking is given by staff.


There is no onsite parking at Altrincham Library.
