Altrincham Library Meeting Rooms Altrincham Library has three meeting rooms available to hire. The rooms are flexible and can be booked in any combination - one room, two rooms or all three rooms. Room facilities Each room has tables, chairs, wifi and display equipment. There is a shared beverage bay with glasses and jugs for cold drinks; mugs and vacuum flasks for hot drinks; plates. The rooms can be opened up to provide one, two or three rooms. All rooms have the use of the beverage bay. Making a booking The rooms are bookable for a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking time should include time for setting up and clearing the room. Bookings will not be confirmed until you have filled in the booking form. Full payment will be required once the booking has been confirmed; payment must be made within 5 days of the confirmation. Payment is only needed after confirmation of your booking is given by staff.
