Timperley Library meeting rooms

Timperley Library currently has 2 meeting rooms available to hire. Please note the rooms are on the first floor of the building accessed by stairs or lift.

Room Facilities

  • The meeting rooms have tables, chairs, wi-fi and display equipment.
  • Access to community kitchen available on request

*Concessionary charges apply for registered charities and not for profit (NFP) organisations. The charity number and Companies House number for NFP organisations is needed when booking.

Making A Booking

  • Rooms are available between 10:00am - 4:30pm Mon, Tues, Fri and 10:00am – 6:30pm Thu. Please note the library is closed all day Wed.
  • The meeting rooms are bookable for a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking time should include time for setting up and clearing the room.
  • Bookings will not be confirmed until you have filled in the Timperley Library meeting room bookings
  • Full payment will be required once the booking has been confirmed; payment must be made within 5 days of the confirmation.

Payment

We accept card and cash payments or we can issue an invoice on receipt of a purchase order. Payment is only needed after confirmation of your booking is given by staff. 

Parking

There is a car park to the rear of the library. Charges may apply.
