Timperley Library meeting rooms

Timperley Library currently has 2 meeting rooms available to hire. The rooms are on the first floor of the building, accessed by stairs or lift.

Room facilities

  • The meeting rooms have tables, chairs, wi-fi and display equipment including HDMI connection points
  • Access to community kitchen available on request

Connection cables are not provided. Ensure you have the correct connection cable for your device.

**Concessionary charges apply for registered charities and not for profit (NFP) organisations. The charity number and Companies House number for NFP organisations is needed when booking.

Making a booking

  • Rooms are available between 10:00am - 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and 10:00am – 6:30pm Thursday. The library is closed all day Wednesday.
  • The meeting rooms are bookable for a minimum of two hours. Your booking time should include time for setting up and clearing the room.
  • Bookings will not be confirmed until you have filled in the Timperley Library meeting room booking form.
  • Full payment will be required once the booking has been confirmed; payment must be made within five days of the confirmation.


We accept card and cash payments or we can issue an invoice on receipt of a purchase order. Payment is only needed after confirmation of your booking is given by staff.


There is a car park to the rear of the library and charges may apply.
