Trafford residents are not letting the coronavirus get in the way of their outdoor fun.
Martin, Stephen, David and Mark are all adults with learning disabilities. They share a supported living house in Urmston with the aid of Trafford Council adult social care staff.
During the coronavirus crisis, they have been following the stay at home advice – but have been keeping their spirits up with some gardening and exercises when the weather is nice enough!
Cllr Jo Harding, Trafford Council Executive Member for Adult Services, said:
Exercising not only keeps us fit but is also great for mental wellbeing. Staying home keeps us safe and saves lives but I would urge everyone to enjoy some garden exercise if they can and follow the example of the men here!”
