The Passenger assistant handbook provides detailed guidance to support staff working within the Trafford Travel Coordination Unit (TTCU) to provide a high quality service.

It has been produced in partnership with TTCU employees, Health and Safety, Human Resources and appropriate Trade Unions. If you have any feedback on the handbook please contact TTCU.
