Let's Tidy Trafford Together

Let’s Tidy Trafford Together is an initiative to involve Trafford residents, schools, community groups and businesses in helping to improve the local environment and make Trafford a cleaner place.

We all have a part to play in helping keep the borough clean and tidy and we would like everyone to join this call to action and help to collect and dispose of litter from our streets, parks and open spaces. You can carry out your own litter pick or you can see what is happening in Trafford by joining the Let’s Tidy Trafford Together Facebook community group.

Arrange your own litter pick

If you would like to arrange your own litter pick we will help you along the way. Register your litter pick and request to loan litter pickers and delivery of some bags for a one off clean up.

Trafford residents can also receive a free litter picking kit if they sign the Be Responsible Pledge. You can download our empty belly poster to help promote your litter pick.

Once you have carried out your litter pick you can arrange to have the bags of litter collected by e-mailing OneTraffordLitterBagCollection@amey.co.uk.
