Trade Union Facility Time

Trafford Council - Facility Time Publication Requirements

Under the Local Government Transparency Code 2015 and the Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 the Council is required to collate and publish, on an annual basis, a range of data on the amount and cost of union facility time.

The information provided is for the year 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023

Trafford Council recognises the following Trade Unions:

  • NAHT
