The data on this page will be updated monthly. In all cases, the ratepayer name is included for companies only. No individual names are included.

• Properties that have a new liable ratepayer, where liability began in the last month. Dataset contains property address, ratepayer name, liability start date and rateable value. The accompanying metadata provides definitions for the headings used in the dataset.
• Occupied properties inc. relief properties. Dataset contains property address, rateable value, any reliefs applied, liability start date and current ratepayer name. The accompanying metadata provides definitions for the headings used in the dataset.
