Community lettings pricing schedule

Charges apply from 1 April 2017

Insurance – add 10% to total of any hire charges.

Schedule A – most venues

Discounted rates apply Monday to Friday only. Religious groups meeting for regular worship qualify for a 25% discount

Schedule B – specific venues as below
These charges ONLY apply to local community groups (see qualifying criteria below) booking a meeting for a minimum of 2 hours. For socials see Schedule A.

Are you a non-profit making organisation providing a service within the Borough of Trafford for education / training for the elderly and under 18s disabled groups promotion of social, medical and personal wellbeing and local interest?	Yes	Schedule A concessionary rates
Are you a Community group based in Parrington or Sale West and you want to use community space in your local area?	Yes	Schedule B community rates
