Requesting the Mayor's attendance

The Mayor of Trafford welcomes invitations from local organisations to attend events held in the Borough, or related to Trafford.

The Mayor will endeavour to attend every event they are invited to. However, due to the high demand for their attendance, this may not be possible.

You can also request Mayoral attendance in writing: Mayor's Office, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford M32 0TH.

A minimum of 10 working days is required to process and consider all invitations. A member of staff from the Mayor's Office will contact you to confirm if the Mayor is available to attend your event.
