Community Response Hubs

There are 6 community response hubs located across Trafford:

  • Altrincham
  • Old Trafford
  • Partington
  • Sale
  • Stretford
  • Urmston

These Community Response Hubs were originally developed to respond to community needs during the Covid Pandemic, especially during lockdown. Recognising that we continue to face challenges within communities across Trafford, the Community Response Hubs are still in place to provide a range of support to the communities they serve. Community Response Hubs are hosted by different organsations in Trafford, but broadly speaking they are there for:

  • Listening to you to understand your situation
  • Giving you information and advice that will help your situation
  • Helping you to maximise your income by giving you information and advice or signposting you to another organisation that can help
  • Helping you to gain the skills that you need to get a job
  • Help you to improve your physical and mental wellbeing
  • Help you to become more socially connected and not feel isolated
  • Help you to get emergency food if you need it
