Smaller gathering in the park

You can send us your application as early as you wish but it must arrive no later than 8 weeks prior to when you require an in-principal decision from us.

We do not permit private events in public parks and will not close the park however we do allow gatherings of a smaller number of people, without going through the larger event process for activities such as:

• Class reunions
• Music group rehearsals
• Organised group meeting (that would usually be indoors)
• Diversity event – where the primary focus is for a particular ethnic or minority group
• Faith event – where the primary focus if for a faith group
