Popular Stretford pizzeria, Bakehouse32, has announced that it will be expanding into a brand new location, right in the heart of Stretford town centre.
Taking over part of the former Stretford Foodhalls unit, Bakehouse32 is set to open in its new location this summer.
Having already built a large and loyal fanbase amongst local residents, Bakehouse32 will be serving up their famous New York style pizza in the evening, alongside a new, carefully crafted menu of pasta and side dishes. Their opening hours will also be extended to include breakfast and lunch service.
Menu highlights will include a number of stateside inspired bagels, alongside sandwiches made with freshly made focaccia baked in-house.
Commenting on the announcement, James Tootle, Head of Retail and Leisure at Bruntwood, said: “We can’t wait for Bakehouse32 to open their doors in Stretford town centre this summer. As a brilliant local business, their existing popularity speaks volumes about their exceptional offering. We're thrilled to welcome them into our community."
A spokesperson for Trafford Council said: “We are delighted that Bakehouse32 is opening in the unit formerly occupied by Stretford Foodhall. This is a fabulous independent local brand and will be a great addition to the brands already operating in Stretford town centre. Trafford Council is totally committed to improving the borough’s town centres and, with the opening of new retail and hospitality brands due to be announced, the future looks bright for Stretford.”
