SENAS PVI referral

This form is for Trafford PVI settings to submit an Early Years Referral to SENAS (Special Educational Needs Advisory Service) for a child at their setting. Trafford school nurseries should submit their early years referrals using LiquidLogic.

Ensure your referral is fully completed before attaching and submitting using the online form. A copy of the information you submit will be emailed to the address you provide.

The child's Health Visitor must be aware of the referral.

Referrals are reviewed on a monthly basis on the dates listed. If you have an urgent referral, once you have submitted the information email SENASenquiries@trafford.gov.uk.
