Direct payments are made every four weeks, in advance. This means payments at the start of the period cover the next four weeks.
When your direct payments begin, you may receive an interim payment to cover the period up to the first full four-week cycle.
When your direct payments end, any remaining advance payments will be reclaimed after a final audit.
You will receive a copy of the audit calendar to help you track payment dates and audit periods.
