Council land and premises
Our Estates team manage council-owned properties across Trafford. Some of these are used to deliver council services, and others are not.
The properties not used to deliver council services are known as the ‘let estate’. These provide important revenue to support Council services, and include properties such as shops, offices, industrial units, and agricultural land.
