If you are paying residential care charges or community care charges, please note that your reference number has changed. It is now an 8-digit number (previously 7 digits) and can be found on your latest statement.
If you do not have your new 8-digit reference, call 0161 912 2106 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
