The Household Support Fund ended on 31 March 2026.
We have received funding from the UK Government for the Crisis and Resilience Fund.
How the fund supports residents
The three-year fund will support residents with:
- Crisis Payments,
- Housing Payments,
- Resilience Services,
This will help residents on low incomes with a safety net when they encounter a financial shock. It will also help build local financial resilience to enable residents to better deal with crises in the long-term.
How the fund will be spent
The majority of the fund for Year 1 will be disbursed to support with different Crisis Payments.
Decisions on the full fund spend will be published in due course once a plan is submitted to the Department for Work and Pensions.
