How to order a copy certificate
Certificate applications must only be made online or by post. The certificates will be posted to you or collection can be arranged.
We can only issue certificates for events that took place in Trafford. Wythenshawe Hospital falls under the Manchester District.
The application timeframe for the service you select does not begin until the Register office have received a fully and correctly completed application form and full payment. Complete all sections of the application form to ensure that we have the correct information to begin the certificate application process for you.
The following types of certificates are available:
- Birth
- Death
- Marriage or civil partnership
