What the data includes
New ratepayers
Properties with a new liable ratepayer in the last month. Includes address, company name (if applicable), liability start date and rateable value.
Occupied properties (including those with reliefs)
Includes address, rateable value, any reliefs awarded, liability start date, and company name (if applicable).
Each dataset includes a metadata file explaining the column headings.
Why we publish this
This data is published as open data to support transparency in how non-domestic rates are administered.
We follow data protection legislation. We only publish ratepayer names for companies, not individuals.
