If you already have a caravan site licence, you should check:

  • Your name, the site name and address are correct and up to date
  • The licence corresponds with your planning permission

If any of these details are incorrect, send us the licence for re-issue.

You can scan and email the licence to housing.standards@trafford.gov.uk. Or else send it to:

Regulatory Services, Trafford Council, First Floor, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH.

Transferring a licence

Licences are transferable to a new occupier. To transfer a licence, the Council must give you consent. 

To get consent, send us the licence with a request for transfer. You can scan and email the licence to housing.standards@trafford.gov.uk. Or else send it to:

Regulatory Services, Trafford Council, First Floor, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH.

We will either endorse or re-issue it.
