If you hold a Trafford hackney carriage, private hire driver, vehicle or operator licence and no longer wish to keep it, you can surrender your licence online.
Documents required
You must provide a photo of your destroyed licence (plate or badge).
Next steps
Once you have submitted your surrender notification, you must return your all surrendered Licences.
If surrendering a:
- Vehicle licence you will need to return both front and rear plates.
- Driver licence, you will need to return both badges
