Estimate forms

Before the start of the term, early education providers must submit an estimate form to the portal. This generates your first term payment.

There may be a difference between the number of children and hours you confirm on your estimate and your headcount. 

How to submit your form

You need to submit your form on our Education Portal.

To submit, you will need the following information for children who are funded on a term-time only basis and children funded on an all-year-round basis.

The total number of funded:

  • Children at your setting
  • Hours per week for under 2s
  • Hours per week for 2-year-olds
  • Hours per week for 2-year-olds accessing funding, families receiving additional support (FRAS)
  • Hours per week for 3-year-olds
  • Hours per week for 4-year-olds

Overpayments

If funding is paid as part of your estimate but not claimed for on your termly headcount, we will raise an invoice for the overpaid amount.

Submission deadlines

You must submit your estimate form by the termly deadline. This is usually two weeks before the end of the previous term. 

We will send you an email when the portal is open for submissions.
