The Council runs two local authority day nurseries. Both offer high quality early education and childcare for babies and young children.
They also offer funded early education places for eligible children.
Both nurseries provide:
- Up to 30 hours funded childcare for eligible working parents of children aged 9 months to 4 years
- Universal 15 hours for eligible children from 2 years
- Universal 15 hours for all 3 and 4-year-olds
- Full-day and part-day sessions
- Qualified and DBS-checked staff
- Paediatric first aid trained staff
