Celebration events
Each year we hold a celebration event for foster carers. This is a chance to recognise your hard work and the difference you make to children’s lives. Awards are given to highlight achievements and long service.
Children’s events
We organise activities and events for children in foster families, including birth children. These events give children the chance to meet others, share experiences and have fun together.
Festive activities
We hold a Christmas party for foster families every year. This is a popular event and brings everyone together at a special time of year.
Ongoing recognition
Your role is valued throughout the year. We highlight the work of Trafford foster carers in newsletters, on social media and through regional fostering networks.
