Children's First Response is Trafford’s single point of contact for all professionals and members of the public to report concerns, request advice and share information about a child or family.

When to call instead of submitting a referral
Call Children's First Response if:
- there is immediate risk of harm
- information needs to be shared without delay
- you need urgent advice about a safeguarding concern
