To reset your password:

  1. Click Forgotten Password after entering your Login ID
  2. Click on the Reset Password box on the next page. This will send a link to your email inbox
  3. A confirmation message will appear to say an email has been sent

If you don't receive an email, email liquidlogicsupport@trafford.gov.uk.
