Grant agreement

Successful applicants will be required to sign an agreement to the grant conditions in advance of receipt of the grant.

Payments will:

  • only be made to the organisation named on the application not to an individual
  • made to the organisation within four weeks of receipt of the agreement

Evaluations

You need to evaluate your project by letting us know how many people took part, and what difference your project made. We also welcome photographs but ensure permission is obtained if photographing individuals.

  • All grant recipients must provide an evaluation within 12 months of receipt of the grant on the prescribed form
  • Receipts for all expenditure above £200 shall be provided as part of the evaluation to demonstrate the grant was spent appropriately
