Reason for not listing: The Panel felt that the application had not been properly made and the Group had not provided a convincing case to demonstrate that the land was an Asset of Community Value.

The current use of the land does not further the social wellbeing or social interests of the local wider community and is considered not to do so in the future. 

The land has not recently been used to further the social well-being or interests of the local wider community, and the Panel felt it was realistic to think that it will not be used for the same purpose within the next five years.
