10-Year Estates Strategy
Property and Estates is essential to all aspects of our operations. Council budgets have never been under greater strain, so it is critical that we plan for the long term with a 10-year Estates Strategy.
The strategy will deliver a modern, fit for purpose portfolio that aligns with our ambitions and enables us to continue to provide high quality services and value for money for the taxpayer.

Community Estate Policy
The Community Estate Policy sets out:
- our approach for the management and operation of our Community Estate
- how we work with and support these assets both now and in the future.
This policy will set the vision to deliver a better integrated public service across the borough, working in partnership with our health partners and community groups to provide a fit for purpose community asset base.
