The complaints procedure
Our complaints process follows the guidance and standards set by the Housing Ombudsman Service. This means we aim to handle complaints fairly, transparently, and within timeframes set by the Ombudsman.
If you have made a complaint and are not satisfied with the final response, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Housing Ombudsman Service for independent review.
For more information about the role of the Housing Ombudsman and how to escalate a complaint, visit the Housing Ombudsman website.
