Vehicle damage only claim

If your vehicle has been damaged you must tell us why you hold us responsible for the incident.

Before completing the online form, make sure you have the following information:

  • Photographs of the accident location. Without these we may not be able to investigate your claim. Do not compromise your safety.
  • A copy of your current motor insurance certificate.
  • If the vehicle is more than three years old, a copy of your most recent MOT Certificate.
  • If the vehicle is less than three years old, a copy of your V5C.
  • Copies of any estimates, invoices or repair reports.
