Digital Champions are volunteers who help others improve their digital skills. This could be friends, family, colleagues, or people in the community.
If you volunteer as a Champion, you'll be working as part of a team. You'll also be supported by our Digital Inclusion Team and Library staff.
You will be provided with a wealth of support and full learning resources to help you help your community.
What you’ll do
- Help people use email and online services
- Support residents in libraries and community centres
- Give tips on staying safe online
Who can apply
- Have basic digital skills
- Are patient and enjoy helping people
- Can give around 2 hours a week
