Domestic prices
A call-out fee of £51.50 is included within each treatment charge. There is also a missed appointment fee of £51.50.
If you cancel your appointment with less than one full working day's notice, or are not home when our team is booked in, you will be charged the call-out fee again to rebook.

All other pests and insects in dwelling houses will be charged at an hourly rate of £157.50, including VAT.
Time will be charged a minimum of one hour. Time in excess of one hour is charged in rounded-up thirty-minute periods.
Commercial prices
Work at trade, commercial, and local government premises will be charged at an hourly rate of £157.50, including VAT.
The first visit will be charged a minimum of one hour. Time in excess of one hour is charged in rounded-up thirty-minute periods.
Additional visits will be charged a minimum of £118.13, including VAT (assuming the visit is less than 45 minutes).
