Fly-posting is the act of putting up advertising notices without permission on lampposts, trees, litter bins, or other structures along roads and footpaths. This also includes staking them into grass verges.
Fly-posting is a criminal offence.
We will remove fly-posting from Council street furniture. We may also take action against companies or individuals responsible for fly-posting.
