An outdoor postnatal fitness class that's as much about mental health as it is physical fitness.
Work at your own pace, whilst enjoying being outdoors and meeting other mums … and there’s always a trip to the café afterwards!
No special pram needed - please bring your own weights/cans of beans/ filled water bottles to class.
We meet in the main car park near the athletics stadium.
£7 per class.
