We can match landlords with tenants who have experienced homelessness. In this case, the tenant will sign a tenancy with the landlord.
We can help with the following:
- cover deposit and first month’s rent
- in some cases, offer rent in advance and/or a landlord cash incentive
- set up direct rent payments to the landlord by Universal Credit (where relevant)
- offer short-term tenancy support to help the household settle in
