Customer Service Officer (Cantonese speaking)

Global Kids, an education and training company based in the UK and Hong Kong, is looking for candidates suitable for a Customer Service Officer role (Part-time).

Working hours

10 hours per week (3 to 4 days between Monday and Sunday: normally 2 to 3 hours per day between 6am to 10:30am, 1pm to 3pm or 4:30pm to 6:30pm). Exact working time to be negotiated to fit the family needs of candidates. 

Subject to an increase in the number of hours upon mutual consent.

Job duties

• Answer customer enquiries, including emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages etc.
• Processing quotations, contacting teachers and parents
• Promote courses and services as needed (no cold calling required)
• Explore new partnerships and negotiation
• Experience working with or in schools would be an advantage
• May have the opportunity to take up the role of a project lead

Requirements

• Applicants must be good at Chinese and English typing (computer inputting), be able to work independently and accurately
• Cheerful, patient, good communication skills, a sense of responsibility and the ability to use own initiative
• At least one year of work experience
• Must be able to speak Cantonese and English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom)
• Can adapt to a fast-paced work environment
