Solution One Services is a commercial cleaning provider offering high-quality cleaning services across the UK. They are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Cleaning Operative experienced in general, specialist cleaning and window cleaning to join the growing team.
A substantial part of this role involves driving between multiple locations across the UK to carry out cleaning-related tasks. Applicants should be comfortable with frequent travel and long-distance driving.
This mobile role involves covering various client sites, so flexibility and a proactive attitude are key.
Previous experience and skills in commercial cleaning and window cleaning are required.
Tasks, duties and skills
- Carry out a range of specialist cleaning services, including deep cleans, high-level cleaning, reactive cleaning, carpet cleaning, biohazard cleaning and post-construction cleans
- Perform window cleaning tasks using methods such as reach and wash, traditional, MEWP, and abseil (if qualified)
- Ensure all cleaning is completed to a high standard in line with site requirements • Respond to reactive cleaning requests and urgent callouts as required
- Maintain company equipment and complete daily project reports
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
- Core working hours apply, but overtime and weekend work may be required. Qualifications
- Proven experience in window cleaning (commercial or high-level)
- Previous experience in mobile, commercial or specialist cleaning roles
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Preferred/not essential: Holder of a valid CSCS card, IPAF licence or any other relevant accreditation.

- Understand the customer’s service requirements, participating in the development of service provision as and when required
