Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical and operational oversight across all frontline services
- Line manage and support service coordinators, championing trauma-informed practice
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, supporting staff and safeguarding processes
- Work closely with the CEO on service delivery, strategy, and organisational development
- Oversee reporting, data, and monitoring to meet funder requirements
- Coordinate centre operations, including building management and office cover
- Support recruitment, training, and the development of policies and procedures
