 About the course 

• Level 1 Certificate in Customer Services
• Level 1 Certificate in Employability Skills
• Level 1 Introduction to the Facilities Industry followed by paid for 7 day SIA
• Includes a guaranteed job interview with a local employer for Security Officer roles. These are across a range of different security types and depends on employer demand and location.

Eligibility criteria

• Must be 19+ (on date of course start) and claiming a benefit at present.
• We can also accept individuals 19+ and in employment if they are earning under £25,750.
• Please note we can only consider those with a minimum written and spoken English level of Entry 3.
