Volunteer & Digital Services Coordinator

2-Year Contract (extension pending funding)

Responsibilites include:

• Oversee day-to-day coordination of the Helpline & Digital Service, including rotas, safeguarding cover, and communication with volunteers and sessional workers.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, including advertising, interviews and selection and serve as the primary contact for volunteers. 
• Promote the Helpline & Digital Service and volunteering opportunities at events.
  Build relationships with external organisations; attend relevant meetings, events and forums to promote the service.
• Manage and approve invoices and expenses from sessional workers and volunteers, ensuring compliance with finance procedures and monitoring the service budget.
• Lead reporting, data collection and statistical analysis for the Helpline & Digital Service in line with funder requirements and KPIs
