Fundraising Champion Award - Recognition of an individual, or group of people, who have gone the extra mile to raise funds for a charity or good cause.
Green Hero Award - An individual, or group of people, who are having a positive environmental impact, making Trafford more environmentally friendly and a better place for the community.
Community Star Award - Awarded to an individual, or group of people, in Trafford who have made an outstanding contribution to improving their local community or have created significant positive change.

Sara Saleh, Deputy Chief Executive and Corporate Director of Strategy and Resources at Trafford Council, said:
“Volunteers are the absolute backbone of our borough and it’s only right that we celebrate the phenomenal work they do.
“Across Trafford these unsung heroes are contributing to their local communities, giving selflessly of their time and their talents to improve the lives of others.
“If you know a volunteer who is making a difference, please share their story, we want to hear about them.”
