Chance to feed back about Seymour Grove improvements online

An online session has been added to public consultation opportunities on proposals to make Seymour Grove in Old Trafford safer, more attractive, and better-connected.

The scheme for the busy through-route is set to involve creating safer crossings, wider footways, new landscaping, and a continuous walking, wheeling, and cycling link.

A third drop-in session will take place on Thursday 23 October from 1pm to 4pm at Old Trafford Wellbeing Centre, 54–56 Seymour Grove, Stretford, M16 0LN.

And now Trafford Council has added an online, virtual meeting on Wednesday 12 October from 5pm to 6pm on Microsoft Teams, meeting ID: 320 899 585 704 4, passcode: JL2S4WS7.

People can also give their views at Trafford Citizenspace or email seymourgrove@trafford.gov.uk. Consultation closes on Sunday 26 October.

A spokesperson for Trafford Council said:

“We have added the online drop-in for anyone who hasn’t been able to come and see the plans in person, or who would prefer to meet and discuss the proposal virtually. There is also still chance to contribute views by email or Trafford Citizenspace. We want to from as many people as possible.”
