How we use your information

When you respond to a Local Plan consultation, we will:

• add your contact details to our consultation database (if not already held)
• use your comments to help prepare the Local Plan or related planning documents
• publish your comments so they are available to view publicly

Your name and organisation (if relevant) will be published with your comments. Your postal and email addresses will not be published.

Staying informed about future consultations

We will not automatically notify you about future consultations unless you opt in. You can do this by ticking the box when submitting your comments.

Confidentiality

Comments cannot be treated as confidential. All responses are part of the formal consultation record and must be published.
