Those who appeal will receive at least 14 calendar days’ notice of their appeal hearing. They will also receive a decision letter within seven calendar days of the hearing, or the last hearing date if multiple days are required, wherever possible.
For applications for in-year admissions, appeals must be heard within 30 school days of receipt of the appeal form.
