Smaller gatherings

There is a different application process for smaller gatherings in one of our parks, including:

• Class reunions
• Music group rehearsals
• Organised group meeting (that would usually be indoors)
• Diversity event – where the primary focus is on a particular ethnic or minority group
• Faith event – where the primary focus is on a faith group
• Family event – where the community centre in the park is being used
• Pop up / fundraiser

To complete an application, you will need to submit:

• Organiser details
• Date and timings of the activity
• Description of the activity
• Risk assessment
